to the phone number announced. The designated caller, if eligible, will be declared a participant. If the Sponsor determines the designated caller is not eligible, the Sponsor may select the next consecutive eligible caller as the participant for that playtime. The designated caller will have one (1) chance to correctly recite the name of the artist and title of that hour\u2019s Z100 Million Dollar Hit. If the caller DOES correctly recite the name of the artist and title of that hour\u2019s Z100 Million Dollar Hit the caller will be awarded the daily prize. In the event the caller DID NOT correctly recite the name of the artist and title of that hour\u2019s Z100 Million Dollar Hit, then the answer is considered wrong, and the designated caller is not eligible to receive a prize and may not enter again until the next day. The first answer that the caller provides is deemed a valid entry. The designated caller will have only one (1) opportunity to answer correctly. In the event the caller provides an answer that is incorrect and then immediately recants and\/or provides another answer, which may or may not be the correct answer, the caller will not be provided credit for any answer beyond the initial answer given by the caller. The deadline for entry is made at the time the cue to call has been announced and the designated caller has been taken. One (1) $1,000,000 Prize Winning Potential Award provided by Million Dollar Media, per agreement with Sponsor, will take place at the conclusion of Phase I.\u00a0<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>The Sponsor shall conduct a random drawing from all eligible Finalists during the Sweepstakes Period to determine one (1) Contestant. Only the one (1) randomly selected Finalist will be eligible to participate in the $1,000,000 grand prize contest. All other Finalists are ineligible to participate in the <strong>Z100 $1,000,000 Envelope Pick Contest<\/strong>.<\/p><p><br><\/p><p><strong>Contestant Notification<\/strong>: The Contestant will be notified within three (3) days of the last day of the grand prize Finalist drawing, via e-mail, and\/or at Sponsor's discretion via phone at the phone number provided during registration. In the event the Finalist doesn't respond to Sponsor's notification within three (3) days of notification, an alternate Finalist will be selected. In the event that any one or more potential Finalists fail to respond as stated above such Finalists will be deemed to forfeit the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate Finalists from the remaining eligible Contestants.\u00a0<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>Only the one (1) randomly selected Finalist will be eligible to participate in the $1,000,000 Grand Prize Contest.<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the execution of this contest with the finalist virtually (a \u201cVideo Call\u201d) if in the opinion of the Sponsor the Finalist is not available for an in-person execution. In the event of a Video Call, the following will apply:<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><br><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Video Call will occur on a date and time to be determined by Sponsor;\u00a0<\/li><li>Sponsor may change the date and\/or time of the Video Call at any time;\u00a0<\/li><li>Grand Prize Winner must provide their own device to access the Video Call and must have internet access to take part in this Video Call;\u00a0<\/li><li>Finalist must download the designated free Video Call application on their cellphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet in order to otherwise offensive or objectionable, or (III) encourages unlawful behavior, may be removed from the Video Call with or without notice.\u00a0<\/li><li>Finalist\u2019s may not share the Video Call link and login information and if Sponsor believes at its sole discretion, subjectively or otherwise, that a finalist has shared such information then the finalist (and any person believed to have logged in without permission) will be removed from the Video Call with or without notices and will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><br><\/p><p><strong>Grand Prize Contest:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0A total of (21) bags will be displayed for the grand prize contest that each contain a sealed prize envelope. \u00a0A total of (3) sealed prize envelopes will contain winning certificates. \u00a0The remaining (18) sealed prize envelopes will contain non-winning certificates. \u00a0 In order for the grand prize to be awarded to the eligible finalist, that finalist must select the <strong>(<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> bags from the set of\u00a0<strong>(21)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>bags provided for their contest attempt that each have been inserted with a sealed prize envelope that contains an official \u201cWinning Prize Certificate\u201d. \u00a0<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>The following will apply to the grand prize contest attempt:<\/p><ul><li>All contest attempts must occur in the presence of the contest administrator. \u00a0Any attempt not made in the presence of the contest administrator for any reason will be disqualified and is not eligible for the grand prize.<\/li><li>The eligible finalist will be presented with <strong>(21)<\/strong> bags. \u00a0Each bag will contain one sealed contest envelope which is identical in size, shape, and color. \u00a0<\/li><li>The eligible finalist will be required to select a maximum of <strong>(3)<\/strong> bags and remove the corresponding sealed contest envelope contained inside each bag. \u00a0In the event any bag contains more than one (1) sealed contest envelope \u2013 the finalist will be required to select only one of the envelopes.<\/li><li>Each of the sealed contest envelopes will be labeled with a number to encompass the entire range of numbers from 1 to <strong>21<\/strong>. \u00a0No two contest envelopes will be printed with the same number within the set of <strong>(21)<\/strong> contest envelopes.<\/li><li>The eligible finalist will then open each selected contest envelope, and remove the enclosed prize certificate contained inside. \u00a0Opening more than <strong>(3)<\/strong> sealed contest envelopes for any reason will disqualify the contestant, and void any opportunity to claim the grand prize.<\/li><li>The eligible finalist
